Stress, exercise, and dehydration can cause muscles and tissues to tighten, to knot, and to 'stick'. My goal as a therapist is simple; help people move throughout their daily lives as freely as possible. I don't simply work 'on' clients, I work with them. I want clients to take with them a deeper awareness of the connections within the body.
